"NOT Taken Advantage Of!!! We came in with several things wrong in our car. It was not legally drivable and we had to have certain things fixed. I was expecting the worse but Chuck told us he would check it out and price out each thing we needed fixed and give us a true estimate. I was honestly expecting $800-1000 on the estimate and Chuck came back with $500. And the best part is the total was actually $500 not the 10% over the estimate that it seems like every shop does these days. I will not go anywhere else after this!"

"So glad we found this place. My dad's car broke down at the gas station across the street and we just happend to walk into this business and asked for help. Chuck was upfront and courteous and helped us all the way. At the end, the car was running in no time and the price and service was amazing!"

"I came in fully expecting to have to pay way over $2000 for a rebuilt transmission. It shifted way too late, the engine was revving too much, didn't have any power and another mechanic had said the transmission needed replacing. Ed took a look at my truck, and told me it wasn't the transmission, but somehow the engine was working too hard and that's why the shift was too late. He offered to look to determine the real problem, I took him up on it, and a couple days later he found the problem. The rear catalytic converter was blocked. The truck couldn't breathe. The part wasn't cheap ($700) but it fixed the problem, and now the truck drives and shifts like a champ! It restores my faith in humanity to find a transmission repair shop that says you don't need a new transmission and goes out of their way to find the real problem! Thanks!"

"Happy to help a stranger in need! I was driving through Seattle on my way to Colorado when my transmission died. It was a Thursday morning and I had to be in Denver by Saturday night. I got in touch with Chuck and he did everything humanly possible to help me out. On Friday, they dropped everything else they were doing so that they could get me on the road. I have never met a more honest and good-hearted mechanic than Chuck. Given that I wasn't a local and would most likely not be a return customer, I wasn't expecting anybody to do me any favors, but Chuck went out of his way for me. He even got a mechanic in Denver to do a 1000K check up on the transmission free of charge. Chuck was caring, forthright, and transparent throughout the whole process. I'm so used to getting swindled by auto mechanics, it was refreshing to find someone I could trust. I wish I could move him out to Massachusetts so he could be my regular mechanic. I would highly recommend Ed's Transmission to anyone. You'll be in good hands."
